You can download it there in .pdf format. Pretty much everyone should be able to read a pdf document. If you need another format, let me know.
Also, only Ian, Lindsey, and myself have accepted the invite to become authors on the blog. The rest of you need to stop being shy and accept it. and start sharing whatever you feel would encourage others.
